This website does not use cookies. We measure visits with a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (umami) running on our own server: it stores no personal data, uses no identifiers that follow you across sites, and shares nothing with anyone. All fonts and assets are served directly from our own servers — no third-party requests are made when you visit.
Local storage
We store two small items in your browser's local storage for functional purposes only: your language preference (EN/CZ) and anonymous rate-limiting timestamps to prevent form spam. No personal data is stored in local storage.
Contact form data
The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit via our contact form (name, email, phone, message) or by emailing us directly. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry. Your submission is processed by an automated spam-screening system powered by Anthropic, Inc. (USA) before being delivered to us — no submission content is stored by Anthropic beyond the processing of that single request. We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted.
Free website audit
If you request a free website audit, we process the website address and e-mail you provide in order to generate the report and deliver it to that e-mail. The report narrative is generated using Anthropic's API (United States). We keep a minimal request log (e-mail, website address, timestamp) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, retained for up to 12 months.
Live chat assistant
This website includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Any messages you send via the chat are processed by Anthropic's API (United States) in real time to generate a response. Chat messages are not stored by us or by Anthropic beyond the duration of your session. If you include personal information in your chat messages, please be aware that content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing.
Third-party data transfers
Both the contact form spam-screening and the live chat assistant use Anthropic's API (United States). This constitutes a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Anthropic, Inc. participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and maintains appropriate safeguards under GDPR Article 46.
